Private yoga lessons are a great way to strengthen your practice and receive one on one support. Whether in person or via Zoom, private sessions are always a great way to deepen your practice and understand what yoga is truly all about.

 

It's an opportunity to explore yoga in your own space with a session designed and customized just for YOU.

 

Prior to our class together, we will chat and determine exactly what it is you are looking for in your practice and I will deliver your yoga needs.

Private sessions can be:

• one on one

• a family affair

• for a couple

• in lieu of happy hour, try yoga hour with loved ones and/or friends during social distancing

• company virtual yoga classes

• for the bride-to-be on her wedding day

My classes are designed for all levels with room for you to amp it up or tone it down.
